Hilux Poly was founded in 2020 in Derby, UK – not by outsiders to the industry, but by a family already 35 years deep in the plastics business. Before we became a supplier, we were a buyer. We wrapped our own pallets, and we were fed up with what the market offered: stretch film where the roll length was quietly short of what was printed, thickness that varied box to box, deliveries that showed up whenever, and prices that didn’t match the inconsistent quality. Nobody was publishing real, verifiable specs. So we decided to make the film ourselves, to a standard we’d have wanted as customers.

Who We Are

Hilux Poly trades as Iftikhar Plastic & Company UK Ltd (Company No. 13075442), based at Unit 11, Wetherby Business Park, Osmaston Industrial Estate, Derby, DE24 8HL. We’re not a reseller repackaging someone else’s film under a new label – we control the manufacturing process ourselves, from raw material through to the finished roll, which is what lets us put a real, checked figure on every box rather than a printed estimate.

What We Do

We manufacture and supply stretch wrap / shrink roll film in 17 micron to 23 micron thicknesses, in clear and black, with standard and extended core options – every roll built to the length and weight printed on the box, with 30%+ recycled material and up to 500% stretch performance. We supply warehouses, manufacturers, logistics companies, and wholesalers across the UK, from single boxes to full pallet and trade orders.
