1. Free UK Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on every order — no minimum spend, no minimum quantity — to all Mainland GB addresses.
There are no hidden delivery charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
2. Delivery Areas & Surcharges
Free delivery applies to Mainland GB, covering England, Scotland (including the Scottish Highlands), and Wales.
The following locations fall outside our standard free delivery zone and may be subject to an additional surcharge.
We will contact you before dispatching your order if a surcharge applies to your postcode.

3. Delivery Timeframes
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays outside our control.
4. Order Tracking
A tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you automatically once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive a tracking email within one working day of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at sales@Hiluxpoly.co.uk.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing sales@Hiluxpoly.co.uk with the following:
• Your order number
• A clear photograph showing the damage or incorrect item
• A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. We will not ask you to return damaged goods.
6. Returns (Change of Mind)
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the goods meet the following conditions:
• Unused and in original, unopened packaging
• In fully resaleable condition
• Returned with original order documentation
Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in return transit.
Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5 working days to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on rolls that have been opened, partially used, or removed from original packaging.
